wewerenaked.com is an experiment in the inherent giving spirit present in human beings.  the needs of the world can seem so numerous as to dishearten us from doing anything, but we are seeking to change that. we can’t help everyone, but we can sure help some.

modern philanthropy is quite simply the idea that the time has come for the common man to rise up and help our fellow humans.  while it’s great for big money players like bill gates and warren buffett to be “philanthropists,” we believe that philanthropy should not be restricted to the richest among us.

we all can be philanthropists too. all that to say, buy a shirt and help somebody.
